Armand leads the Commerce.Innovated program at SVB. Partnering with Seed to Series B companies on strategic initiatives, helping them materially grow new products and/or existing business lines.


Philip Bodell

FISERV — Director, Ventures & Business Development

Philip leads initiatives across Fiserv’s Ventures & Business Development efforts, including investing activities, commercial partnerships, and managing the Commerce.Innovated program. Prior to joining First Data (now Fiserv), he worked at Morgan Stanley on the firm’s private equity funds. Philip holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Finance from Fairfield University.


Chris Harris

SVB — Senior Payments Strategist

Chris leads strategic payment initiatives across SVB, and partners with start-ups and growth companies in the payments and commerce space to help them develop and optimize payment solutions.


Joseph Rivetti

FISERV — Manager, Corporate Development / M&A

Joe is responsible for the execution of strategic transactions across Fiserv globally; specifically, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Joe holds an MS in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and a BA in History from Rutgers University




Leo Rocco

Leo is a pioneer in mobile payments having started GoPago, one of the first mobile payments/order ahead companies. There he launched the ability to order coffee at Starbucks from a mobile phone and skip the line. He evolved the company into an omni-channel commerce platform, ultimately selling to Amazon in 2013. He then led product & engineering at Cielo, the largest payments company in Brazil. While there, he rebuilt the payment authorization and settlement platforms and launched the developer experience. In 2015 he joined First Data (now Fiserv), where he leads product & engineering, primarily focusing on the end-to-end customer experience and the api-ification of the entire platform.


Annette Goodwine

Annette is the Director of Brand Marketing at SVB and responsible for the development and distribution of the story of innovation only SVB can tell. She is part of a team of marketing leaders who are an essential part of SVB’s growth engine and play a vital role in strengthening SVB’s reputation in the marketplace, globally. Annette is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.


Mark Schulze

Mark Schulze is a co-Founder of Clover, a leading POS platform and a subsidiary of Fiserv. Before Clover, Mark spent his career leading consumer Internet and software companies in both Product and Engineering as well as Business Development. Companies include AOL, Intuit, AltaVista, Interactive Corp's and Quantcast (where he was also one of the founders). Today Mark is responsible for Strategic Partnerships and has spent the last 8 years nurturing and growing partnerships. He works to offer world-class developer integration opportunities into the Clover ecosystem


Damier Xandrine

Damier is Associate General Counsel at SVB. She is responsible for global legal coverage of the payment solutions offered by the bank. Her area of practice focuses on legal and regulatory issues impacting payments, fintech and other emerging technology. She advises on strategic partnerships with innovators, as well as new product development to deliver financial services through digital channels.


Tom Tucker

Tom works with large Global Corporate Institutional Clients around the world for all things eCommerce and Payment Facilitation, as well as International and FX needs. Tom’s background in all forms of payments makes him a great resource for his clients. He brings over 30 years of financial services experience to the company, including a 10-year stint with First Data in the 1990s. Tom returned to First Data (now Fiserv) in 2009 from Intuit where he was responsible for eCommerce and Internet Banking, Bill Payment, and Financial Planning to large financial institutions across the country.


Denny Boyle

Denny is the Fintech Sector Head for SVB. He partners closely with investors and companies in the fintech ecosystem to increase their probability of success.


William Nance

William leads Fiserv’s Ventures group. Prior to First Data (now Fiserv), he held various senior leadership roles at media startup (acquired by AOL). William spent the decade of the aughts as an investment banker and strategy consultant. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB from Princeton University.


Brian Stoeckert

Brian is a partner at Stratis Advisory, a firm that specializes in connecting the dots between startups, banks, and investors by integrating deep regulatory risk domain expertise. He is a recognized risk management expert with more than 15 years of experience in providing startups through Fortune 500 companies with strategy intelligence, advisory services, governance, and witness testimony. At Stratis, Brian manages an international portfolio of FinTech startups, financial institutions, government agencies, universities, and entertainment companies.

Mark is a founding partner at Exaltaret, a team of former management consultants who have taken their professional experience and re-focused it on improving sales processes, creating market awareness while building robust pipelines, and increasing client wins across multiple industries.

Jacob Moseley

Jake Moseley is the Senior Market Manager for Silicon Valley Bank's National FinTech Practice and Northern California region. He is responsible for the leadership, client relationships, sales and risk management for SVB’s core constituency of venture-backed and independent technology companies in the region, as well FinTech companies nationally. Jake has more than 15 years of experience working with technology, life science, clean tech, private equity and venture capital clients worldwide.
